The Quick Gather

 $300 PLUS TAX
Ideal For: Small meetings, photoshoots, or brief social gatherings.  
(Between the Hours 8am-7pm)

Includes:

  • (2) Hour Venue Rental

  • Up to 40 Attendees allowed

  • Venue Basics

  • Basic AV setup: Bluetooth Speaker

  • Wi-Fi access

  • On-site event staff

  • Setup and Breakdown

Black Chips

Standard Soiree

$500 PLUS TAX
Ideal For: Workshops, medium-sized social events, or celebrations. 
(Between the Hours 8am-7pm) 

Includes:

  • (4) Hour Venue Rental

  • Up to 60 Attendees Allowed

  • Venue Basics

  • Standard AV setup: Bluetooth Speaker and Microphone

  • Wi-Fi access

  • On-site event staff

  • Infused Water Service

  • Setup and Breakdown

  • Option to add-on the following at an additional cost:

    Additional attendees, additional hours, Catering services

The Premier Event

$700 PLUS TAX

Ideal For: Conferences, Weekday Weddings, or Full-Day Retreats.

(May enter the venue as early as 8am- Must exit by 9pm)

  • (Projector, Screen, (2) Speakers, and Wireless Microphone)

  • Flexible Layout Designs

  • Infused Water Service

  • Setup, Breakdown

On-Site Venue Coordinator: You’ll be assigned a venue coordinator who will serve as your contact throughout the planning process and assist you with any venue-related questions or planning needs you may have. 

 

Standard Round / Long Tables:  Our standard tables are the perfect complement to almost any decor and require the use of table linen. 

 

Elegant Chairs: Our elegant premium white Chiavari chairs are available for use for your event. 

 

Kitchenette:  While we may not have a full kitchen, we are equipped with a charming kitchenette featuring a fridge, microwave, and a standard size sink.  It's perfect for reheating your favorite snacks or keeping your drinks chilled throughout your event.

 

Complimentary WiFi:  Welcome to our event space where every detail is crafted with your experience in mind! We are thrilled to offer complimentary WiFi to ensure you stay connected during your time with us.

 

Premium Sound System: Our professional style speaker comes on a stand display, offering premium sound. **This item is not provided when you are using a DJ.
